I was asked last fall to be the photographer at the wedding of one of my fellow middle school counselors.  It was an event I was nervous about, simply because it is a wedding and therefore no re-dos.  It was an absolutely beautiful wedding.  It was clear to everyone how much Kristin and Zakk love one another, and how much their friends and family love them.

This is one of my favorite shots from the day.  The whole wedding party was so willing to do fun things, and I adore the expressions on all of their faces here.  There are so many great photos from this day I had a hard time choosing which would be my featured photo!  I’m still in the process of editing photos from the wedding, and I can’t wait to give them all to the bride and groom.

At the end of the day, I am so glad that I was able to be a part of this beautiful day.  I think weddings are perhaps the most stressful type of photography to do, but I am always so happy when it is done because I get to capture the love two people share on film!
